This risotto with zucchini, onions and chicken fillets is a great idea for a quick and light supper. There's no tedious stirring with this recipe. Combine the ingredients, season, add water and put in the oven. Preparing this dish couldn’t be easier.

zucchini

rice

chicken breast fillets
80 g
curry
1 tsp
water
160 ml

Preparation

  1. Wash the rice and drain well.
  2. Shred the zucchini, onion and chicken fillets.
  3. Combine with rice and season.
  4. Place in a dish and add tap water.
  5. After twenty minutes of cooking, stir the risotto.
