A classic combination of flavours for a midweek family meal prepared in just one pot. A finger-lickin' good meal for vegetarians.

Ingredients


peeled potatoes
½ kg
broccoli
½ kg
parmesan cheese
100 g

For the topping:
salt
2 pinches
eggs
3 pcs
heavy cream
150 ml

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into round slices. Cook the potatoes in salt water until half done.
  2. Wash and chop broccoli into florets.
  3. Mix together the potatoes and broccoli and place the mixture into a dish greased with butter.
  4. Prepare the topping. Beat the eggs; add heavy cream and salt.
  5. Pour the topping over potatoes and broccoli and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
