Ingredients

garlic
½ clove
parsley
1 sprig
pepper
1 pinch
olive oil
3 tbs
basil
1 pinch
trout
1 pcs
rosemary
1 pinch
lemon
1 slice
white wine
100 ml

Preparation

  1. Clean the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Oil the fish fillet and baking equipment and season to taste.
  3. Add 2-3 dl water, dry white wine and sliced lemon to taste. Cover the dish.
