A retro meal we all love to eat. Prepare it with carrots and paprika for sweeter taste. Enjoy this cheap and easy-to-prepare family meal which also tastes delicious as a cold cut for picnics.

Ingredients


eggs

salt
½ tsp
milk
100 ml
onions
½ pcs
ground meat
0.3 kg
garlic
1 clove
parsley
1 sprig
pepper
1 pinch
carrot
½ pcs
marjoram
1 pinch
thyme
1 pinch
vegetable oil
4 tbs
green bell pepper
½ pcs
bread roll
½ pcs

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion and let it cool down.
  2. Hard boil the egg and let it cool down.
  3. Cube the bread rolls. Pour milk and beaten egg over the bread.
  4. Season the ground meat and add the onion, bread, cubed vegetables, and crushed garlic.
  5. Form a loaf of ground meat and place it on a greased baking tray.
  6. Place the hard-boiled egg in the middle.
