One of the most delicious lamb parts are definitely lamb ribs. Prepare these deliciously succulent and tender lamb ribs with an astonishing veggie flavour.

Ingredients

pepper

parsley
2 sprigs
carrot
2 pcs
bay leaves
2 pcs
vegetable oil
4 tbs
basil
1 pinch
shallots
4 pcs
juniper berries
1 tsp
lamb loin
0.4 kg

Preparation

  1. Oil the meat and the baking dish and season to taste. Line with sliced vegetables.
  2. Add 1-2 dl water and baste the meat with the juices it releases during roasting.
