Prepare your family a juicy and tender pork roast. All you need is a pork shoulder flavoured with spices, lemon and parsley. Its wafting smell will bring everyone to the table.

Ingredients


parsley
2 sprigs
pepper
1 pinch
allspice
1 pinch
cumin
1 pinch
pork shoulder
0.4 kg
vegetable oil
4 tbs
lemon
2 slices

Preparation

  1. Oil the meat and the baking dish and season to taste. Line with lemon slices and parsley.
  2. Add 1-2 dl water and baste the meat with the juices it releases during roasting.
