An elegant and light dish packed with rich salmon flavour. Perfect fish lunch or supper made in just one pot.

Ingredients


salt
1 pinch
parsley
4 sprigs
pepper
1 pinch
butter
50 g
olive oil
3 tbs
salmon fillet
150 g
lemon juice
2 tsp
white bread (without crust)
1 slice
shallot
1 pcs
white wine
100 ml
fish stock
150 g

Preparation

  1. Coat the baking dish with olive oil. Place salmon fillet on the baking dish.
  2. Drizzle some lemon juice on the fillet.
  3. Combine butter and bread (crumbs), chopped shallot and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread over the fillets. Add fish stock and wine.
