avocado

smoked salmon

salt
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
chopped fresh dill
1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half. Hollow out the pit and enough flesh that it will fit an egg.
  2. Cut off a small piece from the bottom of the avocado to keep it standing still. Cover it with smoked salmon.
  3. Crack the egg and fill the avocado with it.
  4. Season to taste.
