coconut flour

Preparation

  1. Mix the softened butter and erythritol.
  2. Gradually add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla flavouring.
  3. Finally, add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
  4. Line a deep baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into it.
