Preparation
- Mix the softened butter and erythritol.
- Gradually add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla flavouring.
- Finally, add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
- Line a deep baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture into it.
