Treat your self with this fresh and creamy easy-to-make homemade yogurt. All you need are two ingredients and some time.

Ingredients


milk
1 l
plain yoghurt (3,5 % fat)
180 ml

Preparation

  1. Use milk processed at ultra-high temperature (UHT). Pour it into a saucepan. Heat the milk to 40 °C.
  2. When the temperature is reached, add plain yoghurt. Mix well.
  3. Pour into ceramic or glass ramekins. Cover with aluminium foil.
  4. Place the ramekins in the oven for 4-5 hours.
