Sometimes the most ordinary things can be made extraordinary simply by doing them at home. Make everyone happy with this pizza with perfectly melted cheese spilling from the crust.

Ingredients

For the starter:
white wheat flour
2 tbs
sugar
1 pinch
fresh yeast
20 g
salt
1 pinch
lukewarm water
100 ml

For the dough:
white wheat flour
300 g
salt
1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 tbs
lukewarm water
150 ml

For the topping:
salt
1 pinch
oregano
1 tsp
grated cheese
150 g
tomato sauce
200 ml
canned mushrooms in brine
100 g
pizza ham
150 g
mozzarella
50 g

Preparation

  1. Prepare the starter. Add crumbled yeast, flour, sugar and salt into 1 dl of lukewarm water to obtain a smooth mixture. Let rise for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the dough. Pile the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and put the starter into the well. Add salt and oil and top with water.
  3. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover it with a cotton towel and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  5. Add topping. Spread the salted tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Top with pizza ham and sliced mushrooms.
