lacto-free butter
250 g
brown sugar
165 g
eggs

vanilla extract

lacto-free chocolate drops

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Pour sugar, brown sugar and butter into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, whisk for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and vanilla flavouring to the whipped sugar and butter and whisk until homogenous.
  3. Stir in the mixture of flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Finally, add the chocolate drops.
  5. Form similar-sized balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
