So classic, but such a stunning dessert! Meringue cookies are simply calling for spring and romantic moments. You can also pop them on top of a cake or other desserts to achieve a stunning effect.

sugar
200 g
egg whites
3 pcs
lemon juice
1 tbs

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar while beating.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Line the bottom of a baking tray with parchment paper and press small dollops of the egg white mixture on it.
