For the coating:
salt
1 tsp
egg yolk
1 pcs
sesame seeds
150 g

Preparation

  1. Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 5 mm. Coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Cut into rectangles and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
