An easy and classic recipe for cookies that never fails. Served with tea or coffee these cookies are a real treat.

- Cream together the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and sour cream.
- Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and grated lemon zest; stir into the sugar mixture.
- Cover the dough and chill for at least one hour.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm. Then, use cookie cutters to shape the cookies.
- Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
