An easy and classic recipe for cookies that never fails. Served with tea or coffee these cookies are a real treat.

Ingredients


white wheat flour
200 g
salt
1 pinch
eggs
1 pcs
butter
100 g
baking powder
1 tsp
grated lemon zest
1 pcs
sour cream
1 tbs
confectioner's sugar
100 g
vanilla sugar
1 pack

Preparation

  1. Cream together the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and sour cream.
  2. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and grated lemon zest; stir into the sugar mixture.
  3. Cover the dough and chill for at least one hour.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm. Then, use cookie cutters to shape the cookies.
  5. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
