Preparation
- Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Rub with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Coat the meat with a mixture of oil, honey and whole grain mustard, and wrap in cling film. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Half an hour before cooking, remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
- Place it onto a greased baking equipment and place it in the oven.
- After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
