pork chop
160 g
salt
1 pinch
pepper
1 pinch
garlic
1 clove
honey
1 tsp
whole grain mustard
1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 tbs

Preparation

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Rub with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Coat the meat with a mixture of oil, honey and whole grain mustard, and wrap in cling film. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  3. Half an hour before cooking, remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
  4. Place it onto a greased baking equipment and place it in the oven.
  5. After cooking, cover the meat with aluminium foil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving.
