Preparation
- Take the steak out of the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling to bring it to room temperature.
- Grill the steak on the grill plate with the ribbed surface facing up.
- After the automatic program, remove the steak wrap it with aluminum foil and rest for 5 min.
- Remove the steak from the aluminum foil. Season the steak.
