Preparation
- Oil the meat and the baking dish and season to taste. Line with sliced vegetables and add tomato paste.
- Add 3-4 dl water and cover the baking dish.
- Prepare the sauce. When the meat is cooked, thicken the meat juices with a mixture of flour whisked into a few spoons of hot juices released from the meat. Mix in sour cream just before serving.
