Ingredients

beef shoulder
0.4 kg
salt

pepper

garlic
2 cloves
onions

green bell pepper
1 piece
red bell pepper

carrot
2 piece
brussels sprouts
150 g
parsley root

tomato paste

Preparation

  1. Oil the meat and the baking dish and season to taste. Line with sliced vegetables and add tomato paste.
  2. Add 3-4 dl water and cover the baking dish.
  3. Prepare the sauce. When the meat is cooked, thicken the meat juices with a mixture of flour whisked into a few spoons of hot juices released from the meat. Mix in sour cream just before serving.
