Sirloin joint baked

Ingredients


beef sirloin
400 g
vegetable oil
4 tbs
mustard
1 tbs
mustard seeds
1 tbs
salt
½ tsp
pepper
1 pinch

Preparation

  1. Oil the meat and the baking dish. Spread mustard over meat and sprinkle with mustard seeds. Season to taste.
  2. Add 1-2 dl water and baste the meat with the juices it releases during roasting.
