Wow your guests with this amazing octopus recipe. A very simple dish with an elegant result.

Ingredients


salt
1 pinch
parsley
1 sprig
olive oil
2 tbs
pepper
1 pinch
bay leaves
1 pcs
rosemary
1 sprig
thyme
1 sprig
lemon
1 slice
garlic powder
1 pinch
octopus tentacles
200 g

For searing:
olive oil
2 tbs

Preparation

  1. Oil and season the tentacles.
  2. Place the food into a vacuum bag that is suitable for sous vide cooking.
  3. Vacuum and seal the bag and place it in the oven.
  4. After the automatic program, remove the tentacles from the bag. Pat them dry on both sides. Preheat a skillet over high heat. Swirl the tentacles around in the pan for about a minute or two on each side.
  5. Tip: For an even stronger flavour, marinate the tentacles in the refrigerator up to 24 hours before cooking.
