Adjustable slice thickness
From deli-thin to thick slices
Quickly and simply slice meat, bread, fruit and vegetables. Use the slice thickness knob to set the slice thickness between 0 and 15 millimetres. The inclined position of the pressure plate ensures easy slicing meanwhile the universal 2in1 Solingen blade enables smooth and accurate slicing.
Removable blade, carriage & tray
Bits of food get stuck in between the blade and its casing, so the slicer needs to be thoroughly cleaned after every use. The carriage is removable, so you’ll have better access to safety clean the recesses where food is trapped, blade should be wiped with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.
