The control panel on the top of the mixer has an on-off switch with speed selection, a turbo button, and a beater release. With a peak power these mixers are powerful enough to give you the results you want.
Handheld & stand mixer
When baking more than occasionally a hand mixer with a stand is a great way to do the job. If you don't want to hold a hand mixer for long periods of time you simply put it on a stand and and let it mix automatically. A rotating bowl with 3 l capacity helps to reach more of the mixture, so your baking results will be delicious!
