Maple glazed salmon
Cooked with a minimum of ingredients and even less dirty dishes, this delicius salmon is the perfect meal, especially when served with a simple salad.
Ingredients
- 300 g salmon fillets
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Method
To prepare the glaze, whisk maple syrup with minced garlic, grated ginger and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place salmon fillets into an ovenproof pan. Pour the glaze over the fillets, spread it evenly using a brush and sprinkle with salt. Bake using top/bottom heat for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
