White chocolate raspberry mousse

Impress your guests or treat your loved one, when they’re having a rough day. This creamy dessert will do the trick.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 350 g white chocolate
  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Melt white chocolate in 250 ml whipping cream and let cool. Whip the rest of the cream until soft peaks start to form, adding sugar and vanilla extract half way through the whipping process. Gently combine whipped cream and melted white chocolate ganache. Pour into cups and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Decorate with fresh raspberries and serve while it’s still cool.
