Blueberry overnight oats
Time will no longer be an excuse for not having a healthy breakfast in the morning. Preparing these delicious overnight oats will take just 5 minutes in the evening and in the morning they’ll be ready to eat. This recipe is also a great solution for a snack on the go.
Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats
- 180 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
- 120 g soy yoghurt
- 50 g fresh blueberries
Method
Pour the almond milk over the oats. Mix in maple syrup, vanilla and lemon zest. Place the chia seeds on top, then pour over the soy yoghurt and sprinkle with blueberries. Chill in the fridge overnight and enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning.
