Delicious and simple crispy potatoes! Perfect as a side dish or a main course accompanied with a bowl of salad for potato lovers.
- 180 g peeled potatoes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sprig parsley
Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. Oil the potatoes and the baking dish. Bake the potatoes on 190 °C for 30 minutes (ventilator), another 13 minutes on 200 °C, and for the last few minutes turn on the grill.
During baking, toss the potatoes around once with a spatula. Season to taste with salt and parsley. Enjoy.
