One pot pasta


Dinner cooked in just one pot? Count us in! All it takes is 20 minutes of your time and 5 ingredients and you can enjoy this fresh pasta, also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. 


  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g spelt or wholewheat pasta
  • 2 handfolds of fresh basil 

Finely chop one onion and add it to the pot. Add the crushed garlic cloves, tomatoes, pasta and basil. Season with salt, pepper and good quality olive oil. Pour in about 700 ml of water and cook until pasta is al dente (about 8 minutes).
