Mango rice pudding


Gluten-free, exotic and naturally sweet, this delicious dessert is also the perfect snack for kids in need of a healthy energy boost. 


  • 300 g chopped mango
  • 5 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 150 g rice
  • 10 cardamom pods

Add rice, mango and cardamom pods into a pot, cover with 7 dl water and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat. Right before it's finished cooking, remove the cardamom pods. Add greek yoghurt and gently stir. Transfer the pudding into cups, drizzle with honey and serve.
