- 1 courgette/zucchini (approx. 250 g)
- 1 small onion
- 250 g rice
- 2 chicken fillets
- half teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry
- pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of celery
Shred the zucchini, onion, and chicken fillets.
Combine with rice and season. Place in a non-perforated dish and add 4 dl of tap water.
After twenty minutes of cooking, stir the risotto.
